The on-site filtration process involves working temperatures of around 60°C, with ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide as the filtration medium. The filter cloth is acid and alkali resistant and offers an average operational life of more than 50 days, effectively withstanding high-frequency and continuous operation.

However, the client experienced common filtration issues such as cloth elongation, cloudy filtrate, frayed cloth edges, and poor cake formation—all of which hindered efficiency and product quality.

We applied heat-setting treatment to prevent cloth elongation, used ultrasonic cutting to eliminate frayed edges, and performed specialized surface treatment to improve filtrate clarity and cake formation.
